What is an altitude sleep tent?
An altitude sleep tent is an enclosed sleeping environment supplied with hypoxic air from an altitude generator. The reduced oxygen concentration simulates the conditions of sleeping at altitude.
How high can the system simulate?
The GEN3 generator is specified for simulated altitudes from approximately 300 to 7,400 metres, with adjustable oxygen concentration of approximately 8%–20.5%
Can I use the tent every night?
The system is designed for overnight hypoxic exposure. However, the appropriate altitude, duration and progression depend on the individual. Customers with medical conditions should seek appropriate medical advice before using hypoxic exposure.
Do I need to travel to the mountains?
No. The system is designed to create a simulated altitude environment in your home.

Is an altitude sleep tent the same as a hyperbaric oxygen chamber?
No. They are different technologies. An altitude sleep tent creates a hypoxic, low-oxygen environment, while HBOT uses increased air pressure and supplemental oxygen.
Can I use the altitude tent while training normally?
Yes. The main advantage is that altitude exposure can be incorporated into your sleep routine while you continue your normal training at sea level.
What altitude should I sleep at?
There is no single altitude that is right for everyone. We recommend starting conservatively and progressively adjusting the simulated altitude according to your goals and individual response.
How long should I use the altitude tent each night?
The tent is designed for overnight use. The appropriate altitude and duration should be introduced progressively rather than starting at the highest setting.
Can two people sleep in the tent?
