Can the sauna be installed outdoors?
Yes, in many cases.
We've installed infrared saunas in gardens, pool areas, terraces, and outdoor wellness spaces across Dubai and the UAE.
For outdoor installations, we provide a weather-resistant protective cover which should remain on the sauna at all times, including during use. The cover is designed to help protect the sauna from sun, dust, humidity, and the elements while allowing normal operation.
Our team can advise on the most suitable location based on weather protection, power supply, ventilation, and available space.
I'm renting my property. Can I still rent a sauna?
In many cases, yes.
Many of our clients live in rented apartments and villas. Depending on the sauna model and your property's setup, installation can often be completed without permanent modifications.

How long should I use an infrared sauna for?

Isn't using a sauna during Dubai summer counterintuitive?

What does “Full Spectrum” infrared mean?
Full Spectrum means the sauna uses Near, Mid and Far Infrared wavelengths.
Different wavelengths interact with the body in different ways, but “Full Spectrum” on its own doesn't tell you everything about a sauna's performance. Heater type, positioning, coverage, temperature and how the sauna is used also matter.
What does “Low EMF” mean?
EMF refers to electromagnetic fields produced by electrical equipment. If a sauna is marketed as “low EMF”, it's worth asking how and where that measurement was taken.
