In the unlikely event of any malfunctions, contact us, and our team will guide you through the troubleshooting process or arrange for a service team to assess the problem. Damages due to negligence will not be covered, and charges may apply.
Due to its weight, we recommend keeping the ice barrel in the originally designated location to ensure safety and proper functioning.
On the other hand, the tub is much easier to move as it is deflatable. So, yes, once empty, disconnected, and deflated, feel free to move the tub to a different location during your rental period.
