"I bit the bullet and have rented the Infrared Sauna and Cold Plunge from Recovery on Demand for 30 days. The delivery and assembly were done in a timely manner in the date and time allotted. Mike and his team reached our home and set everything up within an 1 1/2 hour and tested everything was working properly and demonstrated the instructions to use the equipment correctly. My family and I especially, my 77 year old father have been using the sauna and cold plunge daily. As for me, it's part of my daily 4:30 am protocol. 10 minutes Sauna at 65°C followed by 5 minutes cold plunge at 6°C and I repeat this 3 times ending with the cold plunge. I then get ready to head to the gym for training. The use of this has drastically changed my recovery from training and day to day strain. I highly recommend Recovery on Demand."
