Dispelling the age myth

Turns out, the notion that your testosterone just crashes as you get older is only half true. Studies suggest that our lifestyle choices have a profound impact on hormone health. Stress, a lousy diet, and sitting around too much can accelerate the decline.

That's what spurred me on – I wasn't going to just fade away; I wanted to level up my health and see how good I could really feel.

My testosterone transformation plan

This wasn't about quick fixes or miracle supplements.  I chose a science-backed plan with lifestyle changes designed to help my body do what it knows how to do:
